2. GST on Product Pricing

Unless stated otherwise, all prices shown on the Site – for retailer, reseller and institution pricing tiers – are inclusive of GST. The applicable GST rate is set per product (commonly 18%, though it can vary by product category as configured for that item) and is shown separately as "Incl. GST" on product listings, the product detail page, and your order summary at checkout.

3. GST Invoices

Orders paid through Door Delivery (online payment) are invoiced with GST included, and reflect the GST-inclusive price shown at checkout. If you'd like your GSTIN reflected on the invoice for your business's input tax credit records, you can add it in the optional GST Number field at checkout, or save it against a delivery address in My Account so it's available for future orders.

4. Institutional Quotations and Tax Invoices

Quotations and tax invoices prepared for colleges and institutions apply GST as CGST+SGST (for intra-state Andhra Pradesh orders) or IGST (for inter-state orders), consistent with standard GST rules, and are issued directly by our sales team as part of the quotation/order confirmation process.

5. Billing and Payment Details

Bank transfer details for institutional and reseller billing (account name, account number, IFSC) are provided directly on your quotation or tax invoice rather than published here, to reduce the risk of those details being copied for fraudulent use.
